Biking the Root River Trail

The most popular attraction of the Historic Bluff Country area! The Root River Trail Boasts over 70 miles of paved bike trail for all types of bicyclists. As you bike through the rolling bluffs (without climbing them) you follow the magnificent Root River. A 74 mile river known for it fantastic canoeing and tubing. If your looking for scenery, fun and maybe a little exercise, Lanesboro and the Historic Scanlan House Bed & Breakfast is the place for you!
